Your Birthright Is Fulfilling Your Dreams

Here’s how your brain and beliefs can inhibit the fulfillment of you

When I was a child, I spoke as a child, I understood as a child, I thought as a child, but when I became a man, I put away childish things.”

1 Corinthians 13:11

If that were actually possible – that we could just simply put away our child selves when we become adults – then our brains would be constructed entirely differently.

If this were possible, our brains wouldn’t develop and grow from the time we’re born— what we know as a growing body. Let me think of an apt metaphor here. Ok, I think I have one. Brains would be more like Lego building blocks that we could snap together and break apart, easily replacing the parts of our brains that existed as a child… maybe we could even set our entire “child” brain aside with the misinformation that came from our childhood buddies who knew absolutely nothing when they talked about sex, or the painful memories of being grounded (or worse) by our parents, or the nerves and anxiety we’ve carried with us from puberty. Can you imagine?

I consider myself fierce bliss, because I support everyone's revolution and evolution to theirs. It's not about happiness in a false front. It is about a connection to who you are that feels most authentic to you. The word, Authenticity, can be found in so many formulas these days, but authenticity is not a concept or something to be found only in someone else's tutelage. It cannot be given to someone. It must be sought out in the way only each of us can within ourselves. Each day, in my own life, I seek grace... and I find it. Bliss is a fount for us all. I'm here to share my story. If anyone finds themselves reflected in my journey, they are welcome to whatever benefit it brings. We all need a little embrace, and I'm here, embracing bliss so that you may embrace your own.
